BBQ Rub
Description
This BBQ Sauce is based on the basic BBQ rub from Raichlen.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sweet paprika (optionally mix with smoked paprika)
- 2-5 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp crushed celery seeds
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
Directions
Mix and store in a jar.
Use on everything from roast cauliflower, ribs, roasts.
