This is still a recipe work-in-progress that hasn't been "perfected."
Mix tomato puree, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and demi-glace sauce in bowl.
Mix 1 Tbsp flour with 1 Tbsp water in small bowl.
Sauté onions, mushrooms and garlic.
Deglaze with wine.
Add sauce mixture.
Simmer and reduce.
Add flour and water and stir in and allow to thicken.
Top with parsley and sour cream and serve over rice.
