Ingredients
- 50 g unsalted butter, in pieces, plus extra to grease
- 300 g milk
- 2 tsp dried instant yeast
- 20 - 60 g sugar, to taste
- 550 g bread flour
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 large egg, lightly whisked, for glazing
