Could add mushrooms and other things. Is very well done even on the low end of this cooking range.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumb
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp worcester sauce
- 1-2 tsp oil
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup worcester sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp sake (or wine)
