    • 2 tbsp butter
    • ⅛ cup flour
    • 1 cup fresh shredded parmesan
    • 1 ½ cup milk

    • 8 oz fresh lasagna sheets
    • 12 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
