Ingredients

  • Endive
  • Shrimp
  • Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley
  • Croutons
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Make a lemon vinegarette.

Slice endives into ΒΌ inch strips.

Sous Vide Shrimp.

Toss together and top with croutons and parsley.
