Based on this recipe from Food Network
Combine cilantro, jalapeño, ginger, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and 2 Tbsp of olive oil in bowl and mix well.
Heat a heavy skillet slowly and once the skillet is fully heated, turn up heat to high.
Add 2 Tbsp of extra-light olive oil and coat for searing.
Season tuna with salt and pepper and grilled quickly - about one minute per side. You can hold the tuna on its edge with tongs to get the sides.
Turn off the heat and pour ½ of the sauce mix onto the tuna and turn a few times to cover the tuna.
Plate the tuna with the avocado and pour the remaining sauce over the tuna and avocado.
