Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium size chicken breast
  • 4-5 tablespoons of oil (I used olive oil)
  • 1-2 large onions sliced
  • 4-5 medium Roma(plum)tomatoes
  • 1 can of Chipotle chiles in Adobo
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mexican oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
