Marie Rose Sauce

Description

Same as Thousand Island sauce

Ingredients

⅔ cup of fresh MayonnaiseShrimp with Mayonnaise - ebimayo
Sauce
2 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp condensed milk
⅓ tsp gin
1 tsp ketchup
100g mayonnaise
10 shrimp, shelled
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Starch
Splash of sesame oil
60g of raw egg
Frying oil
Nuts, cashew or similar
Cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp freshly grated horseradish or wasabi
Tabasco sauce
Pinch of paprika

Directions

Combine everything except paprika

Either toss shrimp or lobster or serve on the side as a dipping sauce

Sprinkle with paprika for flavor and color
