Ingredients
- 7 cloves garlic, peeled
- chicken drumsticks and thighs, I used 6 drumsticks and 3 thighs
- 2.5 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper, divided
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1.5 tsp seasoned salt
