Ingredients
- 4 (6oz) Pollock or Cod fillets, 1/2" thick
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
