Yellowtail Flounder Meuniere

Dinner, Apr 16th, 2021 Made meuniere with flounder from Red's. The flounder was a pack of small fillets. It's a bit annoying when ordering delivery fish because it's really hard to guess how big the fish are, especially with flounder, fluke and sole.

Abalone Meuniere

Dinner, Apr 27th, 2021 We ordered abalone steaks from Great Alaska. They were frozen in little packs and looked like beef patties. They were pounded and tendrized and looked a bit weird.
