Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sesame paste (toast then grind in pestle)
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbps sugar
  • 3 Tbps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbps sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rayu (spicy sesame oil)
  • Scallions
  • Tomatos
  • Cucumber
  • Chicken

Directions

Combine ingredients to make sauce.

Poach or slow roast chicken breasts and shred Slice or smash cucumbers Slice tomatoes Thin slice scallions at an angle

Chill everything and cover with sauce.
