Braised Abalone with Mushrooms

Dinner, Apr 23rd, 2021 Made Braised Abalone with Mushrooms. Turned out, except it was too salty. The LKK Chicken stock powder seems to have a fair amount of salt so need to keep an eye on the salt next time.

Chinese Roasted Chicken

Dinner, Apr 29th, 2021 Using our usual whole chicken from Farmers To You, I marinated the chicken overnight and slow roasted it in the Anova Precision Oven. Turned out perfectly. Last time I marinated it for 48 hours and it was too long.
