Made Braised Abalone with Mushrooms. Turned out, except it was too salty. The LKK Chicken stock powder seems to have a fair amount of salt so need to keep an eye on the salt next time.
Chinese Roasted Chicken

Using our usual whole chicken from Farmers To You, I marinated the chicken overnight and slow roasted it in the Anova Precision Oven. Turned out perfectly. Last time I marinated it for 48 hours and it was too long.
